There is another video circulating of a doctor scaring people about the COVID-19 mRNA vaccines. It is disturbing that a doctor would make and spread a clip with so much disinformation and cause fear and consternation in the middle of a pandemic. This is so so irresponsible. It is in her right to have concerns about possibilities but to spew them out as if they are happening when they are not is a pure dereliction of her duty as a physician. Unlike her, I have not studied vaccines for 20 years. However, a dive into the literature debunks all her outlandish claims.

RNA and DNA vaccines will alter our genome through a process called transfection

The only thing she got right is the use of the term transfection. However, what does she thinks happens when one is infected by a virus? That pathogen enters the nucleus and adds its genetic material to ours, changing it. Virologists do not call it transfection but that is what it is!

Viruses like the Epstein-Barr virus, HIV, Hepatitis C, and Human Papillomavirus are known to cause cancers!

What we get in the COVID-19 vaccines is a very short strip of SARS-CoV-2’s genome (less than 4000 base pairs) versus all 30,000 base pairs from the virus!
